Policy Effective January 1 2022
All sessions are one question only unless you book a live session or a 3-in-1 session. All sessions will be sent via email unless you book a live session. If you would like immediate services, the closest option available is a live session.
Due to high volume please allow up to 24 hours from the time you select when booking your email service to receive your reading. All readings are processed on a first come first serve basis. For example, if you book a session for 4pm and then realize that you needed more information about another topic after you have already submitted payment you can either email me directly at email@example.com to find out how to submit difference in payment or you can book another session. If for some reason you booked a session at 4pm and you rebook at 6pm you will receive your reading in the order that they are received.
If you book a live session, you will have a box that comes up before you submit payment where you will enter your details that are needed. Also indicate in the box if you would like to do your live reading via Facebook messenger, FaceTime, or through Zoom (link will be provided in your email after you book). If you are the type that is seeking clarity through talking to me a live session is the best option for you.
CANCELLATION POLICY: You will not receive a refund after your reading has been sent. If you book a live session, you will have 2 hours to contact me via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by phone (8643990049) to cancel and to receive a full refund. If you do not cancel before 2 hours of your session time you will forfeit your payment. Also, if you are more than 10 mins late to your session you will have to reschedule. If you are a no show or do not answer when I call, and 10 mins has passed by you will forfeit your payment.
